Jazmine & David’s engagement in Copenhagen
Jazmine and David traveled from Germany to Copenhagen to get married, but due to bureaucratic issues, things didn’t go quite as planned.
Instead of capturing their marriage in City Hall, we spent an afternoon wandering through Copenhagen’s downtown to capture their love in their own unique way. That meant climbing trees, dancing down cobblestone streets, and laying together in the grass of Ørestedsparken before finally reaching Gammel Strand and posing in front of Copenhagen’s colorful facades along the central canal.
“We couldn’t have asked for a better photographer than Christian for our engagement shoot.
From the moment we started, he made us feel so comfortable. It felt more like hanging out with a friend than posing for photos. He encouraged us to bring our own ideas and creativity into the mix, and met them with enthusiasm. He helped to scaffold the whole process from locations to clothing changes.
Christian’s style is so unique, far beyond the standard engagement shots. He has a truly artistic eye and managed to caputre our connection and love in a way that feels intimate, natural, and very us.”
